I picked the location at random, only because it was near a place I had to go for an event but that location was exceedingly expensive. Hyatt House was beyond expectations. Clean, well laid out, not typical hotel boilerplate design and furnishings. My two interactions with staff were beyond exceptional (I have a high standard for customer service.) Breakfast was substantial. The market had a nice selection of beers (I like beer and they were real beers not that flavored water that is passed off as beer. I didnt have it for breakfast. ) I was beyond super impressed. I was only sorry that I was only staying one night.

Room was awesome and comfortable. I loved that we had a kitchen in our unit. The pool was nicely sized and had grills to reserve with an open and cozy lounging area, which was a nice luxury.The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were decent food options for the continental breakfest. Wish we could have tried the omelet station, but that's only available on weekdays. Lastly, Wegmans, which is a grocery and liquor store, is a 10-minute walk from the hotel which is convenient.

Staff was amazing. They not only let me check in early, but they even upgraded my room because my room type because our particular type wasn't available for early check in. I didnt even ask! The staff did this on their own just to make one of their guests comfortable! That type of service doesn't come along very often. Job very well done Hyatt house! I wish ai had gotten the ladies name, at 1pm on the Saturday of march 29, and her manager; But, and this is speaking as a Marriot rewards member, that staff deserves a bonus for going above and beyond to represent the Hyatt brand!!!

The hotels overall appearance and rooms were very, very, very clean. The lobby had a nice refreshing scent at entry. The front desk staff were very friendly. It was a nice, quiet comfortable stay. The continental breakfast had a lot of choices .

It was great to have breakfast included in the room rate. The breakfast was a buffer so was very filling and offered a fairly good offering with eggs, juices, cereal etc.

Room was very clean and spacious. It was in a quiet area and there wasn't alot of noise in the hotel. We (my husband and 2 daughters) slept well. I did like that there were to go containers at breakfast so you could take your breakfast back to your room.

The room was large and clean with a great and efficient kitchen. Coach was really comfortable! Staff was warm and welcoming.

It was quiet, the rooms were big, the bathrooms were clean and nice, the blinds were a little dirty and stained , breakfast was presentable and good, the kitchen was clean the silverware was clean, the couch was comfortable, when I asked for blankets they brought it promptly.
